Network operations centre (NOC)

Providing telecommunications services of a high quality cannot do without a functioning customer support. ČD – Telematika network operations centre is available for customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As each service and each customer requires a different approach to communication and technical security, standard products and services are tailored to the real needs and requirements of customers. Optimization of approach is based on our ability to provide a wide range of basic services - from leasing fibers and transmission capacities to services based on IP protocol - including a number of supplementary services. The quality of each service can be controlled by various supervisory systems that are concentrated in the network operations center.

The national network is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NOC - Network Operation Centre of ČD - Telematika is located in Prague. The backup operation centres have been established in two other independent and geographically remote locations. Service sites are located throughout the country.
